Feeling stuck
or lost?
Counselling can help you find clarity and move forward.
A Space to Talk
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You might be facing things that leave you feeling stuck or unsure which way to turn. It’s hard to make sense of it all on your own. Talking things through in a safe, confidential space can help you find clarity and calm.
I offer support for adults, young people. I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, bereavement, low self-worth, or a sense of feeling lost. My approach is warm, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand yourself and find your way forward.

What Clients Say
FAQs
-
When you first get in touch, usually by email, I’ll reply and offer a short phone call. This gives you space to ask questions, share a little about what’s been bringing you to counselling, and get a feel for how I work. It’s informal, and there’s no pressure. The call also helps me understand how I might best support you.
-
If you decide you’d like to continue with counselling, we’ll complete a simple intake form together. This includes a few short questions about how often you experience certain feelings or situations. I’ll then email you the counselling contract to read in your own time. If you’re happy, we can arrange your first session.

Yes, you can take a break at any time. These sessions are for you, and it’s completely okay to pause if life feels busy or overwhelming. You’re always welcome to return when ready. We can pick things up again at a pace that feels right.
-
Endings are planned and handled with care, unless you choose otherwise. We’ll reflect on what first brought you to counselling and what you’ve gained from our work. This helps create a sense of closure and confidence moving forward. You’re welcome to return if you need further support.

I have regular supervision with a qualified supervisor, which is an important part of practice. I may discuss general themes from my work to ensure I’m working safely and ethically. Your confidentiality is always protected; your name and any identifying details are never shared.
